What is included in a drug screen:
Commonly Provided Drug Screens Include Testing for the Following:
5 Panel: Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (see chart to the right)
10 Panel: 5 Panel + Methadone, Propoxyphene, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone (see chart to the right)
10 Panel + Methamphetamines and Oxycodone
Alcohol can be included in any of the above and custom panels can be developed upon request.
All drug screens include use of the following:
- Custody and Control Forms and Split Specimen Test Kits
- Nationwide collection site network to accommodate you anywhere
- Use of SAMHSA Certified Testing Laboratories
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services for all positive test results
- Reporting and maintenance of all records/results
Drug screens are typically provided via urine, but hair follicle and blood are also available.
10 Panel Drug Testing
We can also provide:
- On Site Testing- Our certified collectors can come to your place of employment for collection services
- Background Checks- Criminal records searched prior 7 years, social security verification, address alias trace
- Training and Policy Development Services- Supervisor, participant and reasonable suspicion training; Provide a sample substance abuse policy and assist in developing a custom policy for your organization
